Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item should be in the same condition as when it was received, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your order number.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@cuddlyspetsupply.com. Please note that return address will be provided at time of request.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Handling of Faulty or Defective Products
If you receive a defective product from us (a product that is defective or damaged in transit upon delivery), return it to us within 30 days of purchase. We will inspect the product and, if we agree that it is faulty and the fault is unlikely due to abnormal use, we will replace it with an identical product with your agreement. If we cannot provide an identical product, we will refund the purchase price (and delivery price, if any) with your agreement. If, however, you return the product more than 30 days after purchase or you do not agree to the replacement or refund mentioned above, we will need to conduct a more thorough assessment of the fault to determine how to assist you, whether it be replacement, repair, or refund. In many cases, this will be a simple assessment by our store staff or the customer service team for online purchases.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
